Well...why does it have to be a Time Turner?  Everyone keeps bringing up the 
canon point that the Time Turner is dangerous, etc., etc..  It doesn't say 
that there is no other way to travel through time, correct?  It could be a 
trifle unethical (requiring some questionable supplies) or extremely 
advanced, or ancient magic.  There *could* be another way.
