[HPforGrownups] Late Start to Magical Education (Was: Re: WQ)

I may be a little late in responding, I'm just now going
through my e-mails and I have a minor point to raise as far
as why aren't magical children ahead of muggle children? A
very MINOR point, in GoF while they are at the Quidditch
World Cup, they come across a baby who is playing with his
father's wand(he makes a slug bigger, which his mother
steps on moments later)so I would also think that Magical
children have at least some knowledge of magic when
beginning school(even at age 11),moreso than some Muggle
children.  
Just a small thought from a new member :)
