I'm not quite sure what you're asking about, so I'll comment on things I
*think* you're asking about.
It's not widely known that Voldemort was Riddle (Dumbledore says so in CoS).
However, the clear implication is that Ollivander knows. It's a safe bet
that the upper echelons at the Ministry know as well.
Ollivander told Dumbledore that Harry has the "twin wand" as soon as he
bought it. As this isn't really of interest to anyone else, there's no
reason for him to have told anyone else.
Actually, please don't take this the wrong way, but what *is* your point?
