It's funny, somehow I also just *knew* that this book cover would be
blue. I'm not sure why exactly, but I've been telling my sister for
months now that OoP would have a blue cover. I love this cover,
although it doesn't have as much detail as the others. What I want
to know, though, is what Harry is looking at. That's an interesting
expression he has on his face.

Harry looks so much older! I know that he's 15 now, but I wasn't
expecting such a change. Wow. Actually, I just realized that Harry
looks more like the way I picture James when he was in school.

After seeing this cover, I finally realized why I've been feeling a
little anxious about OoP. I'm not worried that OoP will be a "dud,"
as we were discussing a while back. However, I worry that somehow
Harry will have changed and grown so much that I won't recognize
him. Does that make any sense? It's silly because even though it's
been almost 3 years since the last book came out, only a few weeks
will have gone by in the HP world. Still, though, I think that I've
gotten used to seeing Harry as a child, and the OoP cover really
drove home the point that he's quickly growing up. I suppose that's
hardly a surprise after what happened to him in GoF.

Anyway, enough rambling. The next three months had better fly by :)
