JKR stated that Dumbledore was 150, so I think we can believe that. 
IIRC, Dumbledore's Chocolate Frog card never said he oworked on the
Philosopher's Stone with Flamel.  Just that he's noted for his work in
alchemy with his partner Nicholas Flamel.  He could still have worked
with Flamel after Flamel made the initial discovery about the Stone. 
Maybe one of the 12 uses of dragon's blood is alchemical.
