I have often thought it quite interesting that Fawkes takes such a shine to 
Harry, not just when Harry is loyal to Dumbledore in the Chamber of Secrets, 
but when Harry's in the office.  Fawkes doesn't climb into just anyone's lap 
-- but he climbs into Harry's.  I think Harry will be Fawkes next master 
after Dumbledore, which makes me wonder how the haughty Hedwig will take it 
when there's a phoenix in Harry's life?
