Lucius is sexy as all hell.  I liked him from CoS when he tried to get 
Dumbledore fired - and I see why, but that's a *whole* other story.  Lucius 
obviously has lots of power, the desire to get things his way, and the will 
to get what he wants.  I love that in a character!  His power may not be a 
position of authority per se, but we have seen him change the tides.  He also 
does alot "charity" work (donating to St. Mungo's) - but no one believes 
that's out of the goodness of his heart, right?  I hate to say it, but when 
he's yelling at Dobby at the end of CoS ... wow.  He has such power.  To me, 
power = sexy.  There's more to it, but power's the most of it.
