Actually, I think it's great that she doesn't
remember she has true predictions.  Can you
imagine how different those predictions would end
up if Trelawney was the one repeating them?

Also, she was so disappointed when Harry, in his
final exam in PoA, said that Buckbeak would live
and fly away.  I wonder how she graded Harry when
she found out Buckbeak didn't die?
