Who sat down during End of Feast in GOF (was Dumbledore's awarding of points PS/SS)

Cedric's, and drank to him. But through the gap in the
standing figures, Harry saw that Malfoy, Crabbe, Goyle
and many of the other Slytherins remained defiantly in
their seats, goblets untouched. " This first quote
staes that many other Slytherin stayed in their seats.
Sounds as if it was almost half the house that stayed
sitting.

Page 721
After Dumbledore asks them to raise their glasses to
Cedric it says "They did it all, all of them; benches
scraped as everyonein the Hall stood, and raised their
goblets, and echoed, in one loud, low, rumbling voice,
"Cedric Diggory."


Based on these 2 quotes, it seems like they toasted
Cedric but stayed down for Harry.
