Pat replies:

Don't think so, per the quote below. Sounds like Olivander doesn't plan
on making any more of these wands, either.  Surely Fawkes has had more
than two feathers in his... lives.  Perhaps that Olivander can only make
wands with feathers Fawkes gives to him, as opposed to him taking the
feathers?  And  I don't think wizards would get new wands, just for a
new core.  It's an interesting idea, however!   Won't know until June
21....
