Yes.The trouble is I can't see Fred or George seriously wanting the position. 
And we don't know what year Katie, Alicia or Angelina are in.  They may have 
left school at the end of the previous term.     

Also Harry has never failed to win them a game (the Dementor's appaearing at 
the  game being the sole exception) that could play on their minds when 
choosing the  new captain.
