Voldemort and the Dursleys

I know there is no evidence for this, but with speculation growing 
regarding new information on the Dursleys...
Does anyone think it's possible that the Riddles and the Dursleys 
could be related?  That Harry is related to Voldemort on the MUGGLE 
side?
There is certainly speculation that Harry and Voldemort are connected 
in some way.  It could be the transfer of powers that occured during 
Voldemorts first attack on Harry.  I don't think they are related on 
the Wizard side because Dumbledore told harry that Voldemort is the 
last descendent of Slytherin.
