        While I was reading this discussion my mind slipped back to 
an earlier thread where it was discussed at length that we see 
everything through Harry's POV. Since this is the case, how do we 
know whether Draco has a propensity to break rules or not? He would 
certainly not go bragging to Harry and company about having a 
detention. The student body is too large to think that HRH would 
automatically be aware of it whenever Draco gets into trouble.
