  LV can touch Harry because some of Harry's protection is now in his own blood, but I think Grace has a point. LV has now the protection that runs through Harry's blood but that doesn't mean he can kill Harry, that doesn't mean that Harry is now unprotected himself. So maybe he can't use the AK on Harry. We don't know for sure because the spell never hit Harry.
