OOP: Where Harry might go in book five?

Now me(Linda):
What we're seeing here is a four story stone structure that
doesn't really fit any building desription that we have seen in
cannon. I think it's extremely possible that the structure is not
even in Britain. Could Harry possibly do a little travelling in OoP?
Maybe we are seeing Durmstrang or Beauxbatons. It would be in keeping
with previous books that the cover that we are relying upon to give
us clues is showing us a part of the WW that we have no or very
little knowledge of. As I recall we are supposed to be going to a new
location in the WW in OoP. IMHO that is what we're seeing on this
cover.
