How vulnerable is Voldemort???

I wonder how vulnerable Voldemort is. As you can read in GoF wormtail 
is giving away his hand with only FOUR fingers for the potion 
that "reincarnates" Voldemort. 
Does this missing finger influence his powers or even his trials to 
become immortal?

I do believe so. 

It could even be related to what dumbledore says in the end of PoA 
about Harry having saved wormtails live. This thing about the 
connection between them and that one day will be the day harry would 
be relieved about having saved wormtails life.
