Hmm, I hadn't even noticed that until you mentioned it. However, if I zoomed in about 1000% (pathetic, I know) it becomes a lot more noticeable. But I don't think it's a woman, it looks more like a dementor. If you look closely you can see what looks more like a scull than a face, and the darker part you described as wavy hair could be the cloak of the dementor.

Well, if it is indeed a dementor, the place might be Azkaban. Wow. Imagine that! I still think it looks more like a woman, or the shadow of a woman, but anyway, I'm happy i'm not the only one who's desperately trying to see more than meets the eye. LOL.
