I think the spikey haired woman is either Madam Hooch OR the new DADA professor.  I'm thinking that it could be Icicle, the character JKR couldn't fit into GoF.
 
As for the two other men, well one of them is definitely Moody.  But the other looks too old to be Lupin, I'm thinking Mundungus Fletcher.
 
Well, there's my two knuts.  How's that sound?
