Two questions on the invisibility cloak

Here's two more questions:

1. Does the invisibility cloak have to be _over_ something to hide 
it, or can it just be _infront_ of something?(i.e. invisibility 
curtain)

2. Can DD see through invisibity cloaks? I seem to remember 
something about that in PS/SS, but i'm not sure.

Oh, and a third question:

3. Do you think spells work on an I-cloak, like an enlargment charm, 
or would it interfere with the magic?
