Me:

Were *Sir* Nicholas and the Bloody *Baron* wizards in life?  Is it 
required that a ghost was a wizard when alive or can muggles become 
ghosts?
If other type persons can become ghosts, then the fact that Sir 
Nicholas and the Bloody Baron have titles would not be a good argument 
that wizards were historically titled in the muggle fashion unless we 
knew for sure that these two were wizards.
