You mean if she wants to be a wizarding dentist? :-)  I agree they 
could certainly use one.  What with Sirius and Snape's yellow teeth
(it seems like there were some additional yellow teeth, also), and 
Hagrid getting his knocked out by Grawp.... can't imagine why it 
wouldn't be "allowed".  Who's going to prevent her?
