No, no, no, no, no. I definitely disagree. Good guys described as 
attractive at one point or another (that I remember) are:

Sirius
Cedric
Firenze
James (?)
Lily
Cho (I don't like her, but she is a good guy.)
Fleur
Parvati and Padma
Bill
Charlie, Fred, and George (I think)
Angelina Johnson (I think)

I know I'm forgetting some. Furthermore, the majority of Slytherin 
house is supposed to be physically repulsive, although this is 
arguably because of the terrible bias, blah de blah de blah. 
Wormtail's definitely not good-looking and the description of 
Bellatrix (deep circles under her eyes, etc.) doesn't sound 
particularly appealing. Tom Riddle was gorgeous, yes, but Voldemort? 
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of snake-like red eyes. So, yes. I 
don't think good = plain and bad = attractive.
