My answer would be: It depends what you mean by "entered the
wizarding world". If you mean when he first becomes aware of
wizardry, then the answer is when Hagrid tells him. The wizarding
world itself is actually there all the time, just hidden from the
sight of muggles.
However, I think you can go back before the entrance to Diagon Alley -
you could say that as soon as Harry enters The Leaky Cauldron, he is
in the wizarding world.
