Scabbers/Percy AGAIN, AGAIN!!

Ok here is another theory.....(or course someone probably already came
up with it, but it is new to me!!  I hope that is ok!!)
 
What if Percy was always on the dark side and HE KNEW what
Scabbers/Peter REALLY was and and Part of the big plan was to give/plant
him to/on Ron so that Peter would be in place to keep an eye on Harry
and wait for a chance to serve up Harry on a platter to He who must not
be named. 
 
I just don't have one of those evil calculating, manipulative minds so
go easy one me!!  What do you think??  Possible??  If we have already
been through this one could you point me to the correct posts??  Thanks
