I don't think the mirror is how it will happen. After Sirius died, Harry 
found his half of the two way mirror. He tried to contact Sirius with it, but when 
the attempt failed, he threw the mirror and it broke. ( I had until this 
part, thought that the mirror might be the clue, as well.)
