I like how the author is able to build compelling characters with very
little physical description. The reader doesn't know all that much
about Lupin, for instance, but still I get a certain feel for him that
I don't get when I read other childrens' books.
I also like how the books are really funny in places. I didn't think
OoP was very funny, but I thought Goblet of Fire was really cute at
times. I don't know if that helps you with your project, but I think
it is neat that Harry Potter has caused som many people to think about
fantasy and read fantasy books now.
