Molly probably missed having small children around so when Bill was at
Hogwarts and Charlie was almost old enough to join him, she decided to
have another one, and then two more, and then yet another boy, and
then tried one last time to have a girl. Voile! She had Ginny and
decided that was enough. And now, thirty years or so after Bill's
birth, she's stuck with a major case of empty nest syndrome. Let's
hope that after the war Bill marries Fleur and gives her some little
red-haired Veela-like granddaughters.
