Personally I think Lucius IS Draco's dad, pretty much for the reasons
outlined above, but even if Narcissa had been a bad girl (your
husband's out every night torturing muggles, you get so *bored*, and
that kay*ooot* little squib you hired to prune the roses *will* keep
bending over...), Lucius's the one who's been around for the whole
child raising thing, as is fairly evident from Draco's imprinting. So
finding out his real dad's a paragon of virtue at this stage isn't
going to do a lot of good.
