In PoA, Harry overhears McGonagall talking in the Three Broomsticks, 
where she remembers that Dumbledore offered to be the Potters' 
Secret-Keeper, but James insisted on using Sirius. She was probably 
in the old Order to have even witnessed the conversation between 
James and Dumbledore.
