My apologies to Sir Nicholas for leaving him out. Another knight like
Sir Cadogan. But knighthoods are not hereditary; they're bestowed on a
person by the king or queen. Or maybe Sir Nicholas was a baronet
rather than a knight, which would still make him a "Sir." But I still
don't see any lords or other aristocrats in the WW, only gentry
(except for the Bloody Baron, who's probably German or Austrian rather
than British, if it matters).
