Neville's poor memory

You know---I wonder whether anybody's actually examined Neville to see if
there's something wrong with him.  If his memory problems result from having
been tortured, I'd think that the Healers at St.Mungo's could do something,
and he's there a lot to visit his parents _anyway_...I wonder if any of the
Healers have suggested it to his grandmother?  Or would they know?
