Yeap. My money is on Draco or Zambini. Draco because he's on his way 
to several nasty shocks (assuming that he's not as stupid as his 
public face) and Zambini because he's the only one without known DE 
connections who neither muggle bashes or suports Malfoy (No Potter 
Stinks badge.)

Without a switch, I'm not sure how JKR could pull off her moral and 
her forshadowing.
