Laura:
What about the article she wrote about Hermione? That was *definitely*
deliberate malice, spurred on my Hermione's "cheek" at the Three
Broomsticks. *tilts head* I've never really been able to figure out
why a successful reporter would give a damn about what some little 14
yr. old girl said to her and go through all the trouble to write an
insulting article (complete with quotes from interviews with the
Slytherins) about her for *the* major newspaper of the WW.
It's very odd, isn't it? Doesn't she have anything better to do?
Taryn:
Oh, but it's also an article that will sell. Love life of one of the most famous people in the wizarding world? Think of all the people who follow celebrity lovelives here. Sure, it was probably spurred by a bit of annoyance at Hermione, but, hey, two birds with one stone?
