who will betray the Order?

I really don't want to nitpick, but this is not exactly what JKR said 
and she normally uses her words very carefully. She said that we 
shouldn't feel to sorry for him and that he is worth to keep an eye 
on him. She didn't say that he is not to be trusted (that said, I 
don't think she would give such an important information, if Snape 
really isn't trustworthy).

My personal opinion is, that, if there is a spy in the Order, it 
won't be Snape. Mainly because he is still a highly suspicious 
character, and it would IMO be really disappointing, if he turns out 
to be evil. It would be much more interesting, if someone, who is 
supposed to be nice, is the spy.
