This got me to thinking about Petunia, what if she *is* a witch, but 
was expelled like Hagrid. This would explain why she hates the 
wizarding world and also why she knows more than she's letting on... 
She's not allowed to do magic, there was no one there to help her out 
like Hagrid....

Just a thought.
