I tried to post about this the other day, but ran into "sending" 
problems.
In regards to your thought that Tonks could be pretending to be 
Barty Crouch Jr...I don't think it's possible.
Her talents only allow her features to change, not her personality.  
Tonks is REALLY clumsy...there's no way she'd be able to fool V or 
the DE on looks alone.
