Hermione recites the 12 uses of dragon's blood in her first year at 
Hogwarts, so I doubt there is any weapon grade use for it. 

I do wonder, though, how available fresh dragon parts are. Dragons 
are protected, yet Dragon livers were considered expensive at 17 
Sickles (or 1 Galleon) an ounce.
