I simply figured that they were still residing at OOP headquarters 
and left the clock at the burrow so when sign of trouble came...1. 
Snape only mentioned Harry initially.  2.  Molly went to check the 
clock and family(George and Fred if still residing there) at the 
burrow. and 3. Arthur still not fully healed from previous attack 
stayed at head quarters.
