Could be. Maybe the DADA teacher is allowed to do things in Hogwarts 
that others aren't, like using the Unforgivable Curses (have we ever 
seen anyone but Crouch!Moody and Umbridge use them ?). That would 
mean that DD doesn't trust Snape *that* much after all.
