In GoF Chap. 7 Harry sees some wizards flying the flags of their 
respective nations: "American witches sat gossipin happily beneath a 
spangled banner..." (p.82 American edition), and on the next page 
sees "the Bulgarian flag - white, green and red - fluttering in the 
breeze." Harry later reflects on the many different "nationalities" 
he met while tramping about the campgrounds - although there is no 
other mention of flags, I think it can be safely inferred that he 
probably saw a number of others.
