Carolyn (an N8 resident):
In Chapter 10 of Oop it says it took them 20min to walk from no 12 to 
Kings Cross, so although I agree that both these locations have the 
right feel, I think they are too far out. I'd placed the house up in 
those streets of Georgian terraces up to the N and E of Kings Cross, 
which were once elegant but are now decaying and sometimes scary to 
walk around.
