It's a great thought, wish it could be true BUT: 
"Harry, I am your Father."  Spoke Professor Snape softly just isn't 
going to happen.  It just too, for want of a better expression, Star 
Wars and JKR is far more original than that.  

They definitely have a relationship but Father and son...nope.
