Hi Robert,
A reminder of what Robert typed on:

R> Bobby: could it be that they are elected by the *faculty* rather

R> general work in this regard?
At my old school we had a weighted election system. First year votes
counted 1, second year 2 etc on up to 5th year. Lower 6th (6th year)
counted 8, Upper 6th (7th year) counted 10, existing prefects were 12
and the 10 staff members on the panel counted 15. You could be a house
prefect without becoming a school prefect and vv, and you could be
head girl without having been a prefect before. House prefects were
taken from 5th years, school prefects and head girl were elected at
the beginning of their L6th summer term.
