Hogwarts...I believe that the portraits remained loyal to Dumbledore 
and if they were "bound" to the headmaster/headmistress they would 
have become loyal to Umbridge....

But Hogwarts itself did not let her into the office.  I was wondering 
what would happen if a headmaster and a previous headmaster's 
portraits had very different beliefs.  Maybe the portraits are also 
bound to Hogwarts rather than the headmaster.  I'll have to go look.
