Call me crazy, but I'm firmly convinced that JKR inserted that comment
for pure comedy value.  It certainly gave me a laugh - Dumbledore's
been demoted from positions of great power and influence in the
wizarding world, but he's only concerned about losing his place on the
Chocolate Frog cards, something that would be the least of, say,
Cornelius Fudge's worries.  It just shows what a odd yet endearing
person Dumbledore is.

Then again, knowing JKR, that one comment may be a major plot point
down the road.  I think I'll withold judgement 'til we find out for
sure.  :)
