I would not call this theory annoying, of course, but I am hoping 
that this will not turned out to be true. Deliberately planning 
somebody's death, even for the good of everybody else - well, it 
smells evil to me. :o)

If this is true, I would have to think that Dumbledore is worse than 
Voldie and no matter how much I dislike headmaster after OoP I am not 
ready to think that he is evil just yet. :o)
