DD will use "whatever means are at his disposal". Are you sure of
that? DD had the opportunity to attempt an AK on Voldy in the MoM,
but he did not do it. We don't know what curse he did cast, but it
made Voldy scoff or laugh at DD, did it not? Was DD unwilling to
cross some moral or legal line that night? Or would you say that he
didn't attempt to AK Voldy because he believes that only *Harry* can
pull of an AK on Voldy [the prophecy & all that]? Or some other
reason?<<<

Siriusly Snapey Susan:
I'll take this as an aswer to one of my questions above--that you
*do* believe DD feels he himself is incapable of AK'ing Voldy.

Siriusly Snapey Susan:
In this segment, I'm wondering.... Did you provide an answer to the
question I asked first? That is, would DD himself use the
Unforgivables? I'm not trying to be dense. It's just seems you
talked *around* that a bit. Well, maybe that's not fair. Perhaps
my original questions seemed either/or'ish: EITHER DD believes he
must not use Unforgivables OR he thinks it's okay but it wouldn't
have WORKED that time because Harry must do it. Anyway, I'm still
curious about the idea of DD & the Unforgivables. You talked about
his willingness to sacrifice others to the cause and about
manipulation of events, but do you believe DD would use the
Unforgivables himself?

Actually, you're under no obligation to answer that question,
Kneasy. If it doesn't interest you, feel free to let it rest. And
how 'bout others? *Anybody* care to weigh in on this one?
