Ultimate Unofficial Guide to the Mysteries of Harry Potter

I was wondering how many people have read the Ultimate Unofficial 
Guide and what they thought about it.

I have recently purchased the guides for books 1-4 and 5.  They are 
an interesting read and have many interesting theories.  I sometimes 
feel however that the analysis is grasping at straws a little bit. 
Maybe this is the point however.

I am curious to hear others board members opinion of these guides.  
How much of a mark do you think they are hitting in regards to 
possible outcomes and interpretation of these books  Should we pay 
really close attention to what they are saying?
