Kneazelkid (that's me):
OK, it's not just you. Molly is probably a great mother to small
children who need everything done for them. She is terrible once
those children start to be able to think on their own. Her treatment
of Ron has always bothered me (the boy needs his own wand, get it?
Go sell something and get him a wand so he can actually learn in
school!) Her nasty snaps at Sirius only cemented my opinion that she
has selfish motivations (needing to feel important and in charge)
which is why she belittles her children and other adults that she
sees as a threat to her power. Gee, I wonder where Percy gets it?

No, I don't have any children, but when I do I will make sure I pay
individual attention to them and help them, not smother them and
force them to stay attached to my apron strings so I feel important.

Kneazelkid -- who has gotten a little worked up and will go calm
down now but is glad she finally got to vent her feelings about
Molly and the injustice of big families. Also, Since she's feeling
liberated, she'll just say that she doesn't like Hagrid either
because he's about as responsible as a third grader (but with a
drinking problem to boot) and she shivers to think what trouble he
will get Harry into.
