Yup. I made similar calculations some months ago, when this topic was 
discussed here (although it was, if I remember correctly, in response to 
someone wondering if Hermione's "womanly development" was accelerated by 
time turner) and I reached similar conclusions. Time turned didn't have 
significant effect.
